On 9th December, the Darren Hart Foundation made a landmark stride in youth empowerment. In partnership with the Women Youth & Children Organization and the China Council of Lions Clubs, we successfully mentored and supported over 400 adolescents, equipping them with knowledge, dignity, and confidence to shape their futures.
Our transformative program engaged teens on critical topics, including:
•Mental health & emotional well-being
•Gender-based violence prevention & consent
•Early pregnancy & HIV awareness
•Personal hygiene & dignity
Beyond mentorship, tangible support was provided in the form of sports bags, sanitary towels, and underwear for both boys and girls, not merely gifts but symbols of dignity, protection and opportunity.
The day was emotional, powerful, and unforgettable, leaving a lasting impact on both participants and facilitators. This initiative exemplifies the Darren Hart Foundation’s vision: transforming communities by investing in the next generation.
