On 4th July, the Darren Hart Foundation, in proud partnership with Amazon Web Services (AWS), delivered another impactful round of sanitary towels to fully stock the Mama Ngina Primary School Sanitary Towel Bank. This initiative continues to support more than 500 girls, ensuring uninterrupted learning and promoting dignity in education.
Our Programs Manager Josphat Asutsa, Program Coordinator (Volunteers) Angel-Mary Wangui Kamau, and Program Coordinator (Environment) Morgan Jayden Odhiambo led the distribution. Their visit was warmly received by pupils and staff, reaffirming the importance of consistent menstrual hygiene support in schools.
This effort strengthens our commitment to ensuring that no girl misses class due to menstruation. Each sanitary towel delivered is more than an item of need, it is an affirmation of a girl’s right to quality education and equal opportunity.
We extend our sincere appreciation to AWS for their continued partnership and dedication to empowering young girls. To the Mama Ngina Primary School community, your enthusiasm inspires our mission. And to our volunteers and supporters, your service fuels every step of progress.
As we expand our impact, we invite donors, corporates, and organizations passionate about education, gender empowerment and community transformation to partner with us.
Together, we can build a future where no dream is interrupted.
