On 23rd May, the Darren Hart Foundation, in partnership with Amazon Web Services (AWS), delivered a significant boost to girls’ education and dignity by fully restocking the Mama Ngina Primary School Sanitary Towel Bank. This initiative directly supports more than 500 girls, ensuring they can pursue their education confidently and without interruption.
Our Programs Manager Josphat Asutsa, Program Coordinator (Volunteers) Angel-Mary Wangui Kamau, and Program Coordinator (Environment) Morgan Jayden Odhiambo led the distribution, receiving a warm and heartfelt welcome from both students and staff.
This continued effort reflects our commitment to ending period poverty and upholding the right of every girl to learn with dignity.
We extend our gratitude to AWS for their unwavering partnership and shared vision of empowering young girls to dream boldly and rise with confidence.
As we expand our reach, we welcome donors, corporates, and organizations passionate about gender empowerment, education, and community welfare to collaborate with us. Together, we can build a future where no girl’s dream is paused by lack of access to essential hygiene products.
